BALCONY SLAB
Field of application
Precast concrete slab as a self-supporting overhanging structure in civil and residential construction supplemented with thermal insulation elements to break the thermal bridge between the structures. The individual balcony panels are afterwards casted monolithically into the ceiling structure.
Advantages
- Dimensions of products are adapted to the individual client criteria.
- Parts in the form of straight and round plates, or bevelled parts according to the design documentation.
- A significant advantage – smooth surface lets you to execute the final treatment without a leveling layer, for example, only by painting, laying tiles, etc.
- The underside of the concrete slab could be improved by a gutter nose or a balcony drain through the slab without additional modification on the construction site.
