Detailed characteristics
The complex of more than 60 flats constructed in the highest standards The space of the apartments is designed to ensure maximum airiness and supply of natural daylight via front loggia, balconies and roof terraces. The concept works sensitively with a maximum of seven-storey buildings, which do not create a uniform street mass but instead retreat from the street line in characteristic distinctness and asymmetry. The project includes underground garage.
Technical specifications
The foundation for garage was built nearly 25ft under the ground level. The main load-bearing skeleton was designed as combination of RC concrete walls with sets of square columns. In order to decrease air pollution, we were sprinkling a water over the ground. The building is secured with pad and slab foundations, steel frame and pre-cast concrete floors and stairs.
